Case studies

Real brands. Real marketplace progress.

How focused strategy, stronger content, disciplined advertising and daily marketplace management helped brands build profitable momentum on Amazon.

The work behind the numbers

Growth built across the whole account.

These results combine listing optimization, A+ content, advertising, inventory planning, account operations and organic rank development. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Good Dee's

Turning healthier baking into an Amazon category contender.

$2.4M+Reported monthly revenue by November 2023
$14.3MReported gross sales within 25 months
50,000+Reported positive reviews collected

The challenge

Good Dee's had strong early demand, but consistent Amazon growth was difficult. The baking category was crowded, the brand needed a repeatable growth plan, and advertising and inventory costs had to remain controlled while the catalog scaled.

What AtoZ changed

AtoZ researched competitors, rebuilt product detail pages, improved visual storytelling, created A+ content and a customized storefront, then structured PPC campaigns around high-intent category segments. Inventory forecasting and FBA planning helped protect availability as demand increased.

The reported outcome

Monthly revenue grew from $4,899 in September 2022 to more than $2.4 million by November 2023. Organic sales share increased from 4.6% to 46.2%. The brand reached a Top 5 category position, reduced ACOS from 18.74% to 14.13%, and maintained TACoS below 8.5% during peak periods.

MAËLYS

Shifting a beauty brand toward more sustainable Amazon growth.

17.4%Reported TACoS reduction
OrganicStronger non-paid sales contribution
ProfitLess dependence on inefficient PPC

The challenge

MAËLYS faced heavy reliance on paid advertising in a competitive skincare and cosmetics category. Limited organic contribution made growth expensive and placed pressure on profitability.

What AtoZ changed

The account strategy focused on improving organic visibility, refining advertising structure and aligning campaign decisions with total account economics rather than paid sales alone.

The reported outcome

The published case study reports stronger organic and gross sales performance together with a 17.4% reduction in TACoS, giving the brand a healthier balance between paid acquisition and organic demand.

Henson Shaving

Launching a premium razor brand into Amazon US.

$244,324Reported October 2024 revenue
4,220Reported October orders
6.7%Reported October TACoS

The challenge

Henson Shaving entered Amazon without established rankings or reviews and faced entrenched competitors. The launch needed to build visibility quickly without sacrificing long-term profitability.

What AtoZ changed

AtoZ developed keyword and competitor research, optimized listings and A+ content, added premium product imagery, and launched promotions supported by FBA. Advertising expanded from long-tail Sponsored Products into Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and retargeting as performance data matured.

The reported outcome

Revenue increased from $48,452.86 in August 2024 to $244,324.48 in October. Orders grew from 1,317 to 4,220. Organic sales increased from $36,955.91 to $136,096.32, while TACoS improved from 8.0% in September to 6.7% in October.

★★★★★
“ATOZ reduced my ACOS from 68% to 33% in 3 months. I was consistently informed and always able to reach them with any questions or concerns I had, not just reserved for a monthly meeting.”
