Service specific terms

Refund eligibility depends on the signed service agreement, completed work, committed resources and third party costs.

Before work begins

A cancellation request received before work starts may qualify for a refund after deducting non-refundable payment and third party charges.

After work begins

Completed work, reserved capacity and incurred expenses are not refundable unless the written agreement states otherwise.
